  • OTP-based signup to minimize onboarding complications

  • Customer list with visibility of Due/Advance, search, and filters

  • Include the "Clear all payment" shortcut in the payment flow.

Problem

  • Merchants incur losses in follow-ups and track credit on paper or WhatsApp.

  • Manual updates and overlooked entries result in inaccurate balances.

  • The process of recording payments at the counter is both error-prone and slow.

Validation

  • Prototype testing: n=8 ·
    ~85–90% completed “find → pay → save” · Median time to log payment: <40s

  • Connection dashboard + navigation (steps, map, optional Live View/AR)

  • Amenities discovery and change notifications with an acknowledge flow

Problem

  • Time is wasted during tight layovers due to gate/terminal confusion.

  • Travelers are unable to accurately assess the time to the gate and may overlook critical changes.

  • It is challenging to locate nearby amenities without becoming disoriented.

Validation

  • Prototype testing: n=10 ·
    ~80–90% started navigation successfully · Median time to “Take Me There”: <45s
